Ganja Aluminum Smelter Project Performance in Azerbaijan Has Successfully Completed

The EPC project contract for the phase I of 50,000 ton of electrolytic aluminum implemented by SCMEC went through check and test by the experts of China and Azerbaijan on March 5, 2012, every technical index has reached or exceed the design value. The total test list has been signed by the owner Det.al, indicating the contract performance has completed.

After the start of roasting for electrolytic aluminum completed, according to the contract, experts both from SCMEC and Det.al implemented together the determined experimental program, the trial operation period for one month; the Swedish aluminum expert, Doctor Borner hired by the employer Det.al highly affirmed the final test results. The representative of Ganja electrolytic aluminum Det.al signed and confirmed the final test.
